Introducing Onnu Bioflow - Unlocking Asia’s climate positive potential

Our SE Asia office, located in Kuala Lumpur, saw its official opening in March 2025,with production sites coming live throughout 2025 and 2026.

We are delighted to announce that Onnu Bioflow is open for business. Building on the experience gained from four years of operating Onnu and Onnu Biochar in the UK, we are now ready to unlock Asia’s climate-positive potential.

South-East Asia has a wealth of waste biomass. Our mission is to develop the biomass products industry for the environmental impact it can have, both in term sof carbon negative production in the case of biochar, and the displacement of fossil fuel use in the cases of black pellets, biocarbon and Bio LNG. We have strategically located our Asia office in Kuala Lumpur, with our first Malaysian production site scheduled to go live in the coming months.

Onnu Bioflow works on a "Build, Operate & Manage" basis and our production sites are meticulously chosen based on location, transport links and economic feasibility. Once chosen, we construct the production facility and start the manufacturing process with the help of our technology partners. Since we also manage the sites ourselves, the processing, flow and trading of commodities is taken care of with ease.
